Throughout the Great Sea, You can locate & retrieve 5 Tingle
Statues. You will require The Tingle Tuner, known as the Gameboy
Advance Connection for Wind Waker, as well as Rupees. Return all 5
Statues to the Blue Tingle, Knuckle; and you will recieve.
Statue #1: Dragon Roost
Cavern
The first Tingle Statue that you will be able to aquire is located
within the first Dungeon; Dragon Roost Cavern. This Tingle Statue is
located in a room that leads to the Dungenon’s Boss Key. The contents
of this room are a Lava Pit, A rope you could swing on, and what
appears to be a useless hole in the wall. Turns out that hole isn’t
exactly useless. Swing on up to this hole in the wall, and lay a Tingle
Bomb on the floor. After the bomb explodes, a treasure chest will
appear containing your first Tingle Statue.
The second Tingle Statue is located in yet again, another dungenon.
This time, It’s whereabouts is the Forbidden Woods. To retrieve this
second Statue, Locate & Enter the room that contained Treasure
Chart #1; and jump to the platform to your right. As before for getting
Statue #1, lay a Tingle Bomb on the floor. After the bomb explodes,
You’ll be able to open a treasure chest that contains this second
statue.
The location of the third of
five Tingle Statues is a rather odd & unexpected one: Inside the
Tower of The Gods. To access this Tingle Statue, Do the following.
Locate & Enter the room that will take you up to the next level of
the tower. This should be fairly noticable because it has moving
platforms as well as Beamos Statues. Climb all the way to the top of
this room, and look behind you. You should notice a rather odd
platform, odd being that nothing is on this platform. Plant your Tingle
Bomb here to reveal the Treasure Chest that contains the 3rd Tingle
Statue.
If you’ve been following this guide, you should be
on your Fourth Statue; which is located in none other than the Earth
Temple. Proceeding onward….After going down the stack of stairs under
the sun statue; You should come to a bridge evenually. Proceed halfway
across this bridge and use your Deku Leaf to glide to the platform on
your left. At the end of this platform you’ll find yet another bridge.
Go to the end of this bridge to find a ledge. Plant your Tingle Bomb
here and Ta-Da! The fourth Tingle Statue is all yours for the taking.
Finally, the last statue before the 500
Rupees is all yours for the taking! This one, like the rest is located
in a dungenon: The Wind Temple. Enter the room where Makar is kidnapped
by those monsters, and fall down into the pit. After falling down, just
plant your Tingle Bomb and congratulations! You’ve collected all five
Tingle Statues! Go see Knuckle, The Blue Tingle on Tingle Island for
your reward of 500 Rupees!
