Mace Knight
This is the first boss in the game, even if he doesn’t have the standard boss music. Pick up a pot from
the room next to where Zelda is and hurl at him. It will do a lot of damage. Two pots should be able to slay him,
but if not, take the other plan by throwing the new boomerang you just found and throw it at his face to stun him.
This isn’t the best of plans, for once he’s not stunned, he’ll start the throw around the mace in his hand to
damage you.
Later you’ll encounter golden Mace Knights, so use the same strategy as this guy, or use bombs.

Armos Knights
This is a weird boss, seeing as it always has a set pattern for each of the Knights. Try to avoid them
as they move, as well as trying to hit them with your arrows. Arrows are the only thing that kill this
bosses, so if you run out, restart and try again. However if you run out of arrows and the last knight
turns red, you can hit him with arrows or your sword.
This should be pretty easy for you.

Landmolas
If you got the ice rod before coming to see this boss, you should find it easier to beat them.
Aim and shoot ice at them to deal some damage. If you didn’t get the Ice Rod, then this maybe tougher.
Charge up your sword for a spin attack and move to where a Landmola will come out, dodging the rocks that
come out of the ground when it does. Release when the Landmola comes nearby and then deal some damage.
The only weakness for this boss is the head, so try to strike it when it comes closer to the ground, but
not before it dives back into the ground! The last Landmola is the same as the others, but it shoot out more
rocks than the others. After a few minutes, this boss should be defeated.

Moldorm
Not much to say about the boss other than he is a pain in the butt. The only weakness he has
is the tail, so strike it. Simple right? WRONG. This boss moves faster and faster in a random pattern the longer
the battle plays out, so he can get rather difficult. Stay away from any edges and try to avoid him while he
tries to headbutt you. If you are thrown off, just go back and try to fight him again. There’s some pots before the Boss
room that contain a lot of hearts to help your health, so use them when you can. Keep trying until eventually he is
defeated. It may take a few tries, but it is worth it.

Agahnim (First Fight)
Here you are fighting the man who took the seven maidens, and you are ready
to fight and destroy him. Reflect back the magic orbs he uses at himself to deal damage.
If he throws an orb made up of six or so different ones, avoid it! Cut it will cause it to
pop and damage you. Likewise, if it hits a wall, it’ll break. Watch out as well for his
lightning strike. If he goes to the back of the room in the center and aims not for you,
get to the safety of being to the left or right of him.
After he is defeated, he’ll throw you into the Dark World. If you got the Magic Mirror
and the pearl from the Tower, you’ll remain a human. If not, you’re a useless bunny.
Helmasaur King
The boss is a real pain and is rather hard for the 6th boss in the game. Take the magic hammer you have now,
and bust a few cracks into his helmet. Once it’s off, strike the green gem on it’s head with arrows or the sword.
Watch out for the fireballs it lets loose and it’s tail strike, and you should be fine. Down it will go and you’ll
collect the first maiden trapped within a crystal.

Arrghus
Giant floating eyeball inside a jellyfish sac with fluff protecting him… Yeah that soooo
makes perfect sense. Anyways, take the new hookshot you got and start to pick off the fluff of him
and killing them. Then once they are gone, Arrghus will start to run around at a fast pace around
the room. Get away from him and slash him with your sword to damage him. His main attacks are using
the fluff on him and spinning them around himself in three “rings” and the ramming attack. He’s rather
easy if you get his attacks.
Mothula
This moth creature is rather easy to defeat… so long as your Magic Power is high. If you have
a few green potions (Medicine of Magic or whatever it is called) then you shouldn’t worry. Mothula
attacks by contacting with you, or shooting rings of energy. The spikes in the room also move a lot,
so try to avoid him. If he actually stays in one spot (if you are lucky) and you button smash the
Fire Rod, he’ll go down easily.
Blind
The best way to beat this boss is to get the Magic Cape back in the Light World,
and coming back to the Dark World. Using the cape will cost magic, but it will protect you
from Blind’s attacks. Strike his head to deal damage and his cloak will come off, revealing
only a head. This head will bounce around in the room, still shooting laser balls at you to deal
damage. If you didn’t get the cape, but have fairies, be prepared to die a few times if you are unlucky.
You need to sever his heads off three times in order to finally kill Blind.

Kholdstare
Seriously! Does a boss trapped in ice waiting for you to get him out make sense?
Regardless, take out the Bombos spell or the fire rod and melt the ice to get him out.
He’ll split into three forms of himself, causing damage if you touch him. Watch out for the falling ice
from the ceiling and damage Kholdstare by striking him with your sword or fire rod.

Vitreous
This guy is a tough cookie. Not only is the main eye protected by smaller eyeballs,
this thing can also shoot out lightning! If you have the Magic Cape, equip it and run
against him and start slashing like crazy! As long as you keep the Magic Meter high, you don’t have to
worry about it much. If you don’t have the cape, prepare yourself to die a lot and using fairies. Just
keep on the general idea of damaging the big eye that shoots out lightning.

Trinexx
This boss is incredibly hard. Have a few Medicines of Magic ready in case your run out. Damage the fire (red)
headed dragon with your Ice Rod you got in the Light World (by Lake Hylia) and kill it. The ice (blue) head is damaged
by the fire rod you used on Mothula. After you kill the heads, the main shell of the beast will be broken and it will
run around chasing you, somewhat similar to Moldrom, but it actually is set to kill you. Kill it by striking the glowing
center piece of the beast with with your sword several times to defeat it and save Zelda, the final maiden.
Agahnim (Fight Two)
Same general strategy as in the first fight, however you need to fight three of him at once. One is real
the other are clones! Damage the real one by reflecting his magic attacks, while avoiding the other clone attacks!
OR you can use the clone attacks to deflect at the real Agahnim! What a generous donation of butt-whooping! After
he is defeated, he’ll turn into a bat and open the Pyramid of Power, where the final boss is.
Ganon
Ganon is a hard person to defeat, and the only way you can defeat him is hitting him several times with both
the Master Sword (perferably the Golden Sword) and the Silver Arrows. Damage him by striking him, while avoiding his
long trident, flying fire bats, and the floor which caves in from the sides. Eventually during the battle, he will
darken the room. Light the torches nearby with the Fire Rod and then strike him with the sword and the silver arrows.
Eventually he will fall and die and you will be the new holder of the Triforce!
