Hyrule is the land that most Zelda games start off in. It has changed in each Zelda game, but the main backstory is still there that the land was created by the gods.
Termina is a parallel land to Hyrule… to an extent. Most of the characters from Ocarina of Time are here, as well as a few new additions. This land is plagued by the power of the Majora’s Mask and the four guardians are no where to be found.
Koholint Island was a mysterious island that Link washed upon. It’s a beautiful island with two villages, Mabe Village and Animal Village. There is a beach on the southern edge of the island. To the north is the Tal Tal Mountains, where two different dungeon reside. There are forests, rivers, lakes, ponds, desert, mountains all across the island. On the top of Tal Tal Mountains, seen throughout the entire island is a giant egg that houses the Windfish, a character which Link must awaken in order to awaken from both his own and the Windfish’s dreams.

Holodrum and Labrynna…Two lands dwelling on the outcome of one adventure. To difine one would require defining the other,
because both lands strike a similarity.

Bordering with the Ocean, both give off the genuine feel of Hyrule, although also offering their own distinct differences.
Hyrule’s mountain ranges, lakes, and desert areas are seen in great detail, but the Tower of Darkness, resting in Labrynna,
as well as the Temple of Seasons in Holodrum offer the land their own distinct “je ne sais quoi”.

Holodrum, however, hides a secret world from underneath the crust of the earth. Subrosia: Land of the Subrosians,
Volcanic wasteland of magma and rock. It posesses no flowing waterfall, not forest of great mystery. Instead, it offers
only the unforgiving lava pits to which the cloaked figures of Subrosia take relaxation in. Accessed through portals and doorways,
Subrosia is found to have no Rupee mineral to be used for bartering. Instead, the land is blessed with colorful chuncks of
iron ore which the locals use for currency. The populus us generally kind-hearted, albeit shy.

Labrynna, although not prone to sub-worlds such as Subrosia, has quite the history. Ruled by a queen quickly corrupted by a false influence,
Ancient Labrynna saw the construction of a giant tower, tall enough to reach the heavens. The remains stand only as a landmark of a fallen regime these days,
but there was once a time when the tower played part in an evil plot, one to rule the land forever. It’s tall structure made it possible for
those captivated by it’s beauty to gaze upon the bordering lands with ease. One could view it all: Hyrule, Holodrum, and, as well, Labrynna, herself.

The Great Sea was created after the downfall of Hyrule. In order to attempt and seal Ganondorf away, the gods made it that Hyrule will drown within a torrent of rain, and only those who will one day raise it out of the ocean would take to the mountain tops. It is a vast sea and covered with nothing but water and a few islands, most of which are barely occpied by humans or other friendly creatures.
