GDC is coming soon in March, and rumors have been floating around.
According to those rumors, a new DS handheld is in development, or is already done. This isn’t just a bigger one, but more like a new handheld altogether. It’s also rumored that developers already have their hands on it. There’s no rumored name but Nintendo DS 2 (how original). No other details where mentioned since it’s just a rumor.
What are your thoughts? Is Nintendo making too many different types of Wiis (HD Wii, Wii) and DSis (DSi XL, DSi)?
And here’s a closer event: Nintendo Media Summit. I have no clue what it is, but I’m guessing it’s like Nintendo’s own GDC. Anyways, rumors are saying something special is lined up. It shows on… the 24th of this month.
