Raddy (12:35:49 PM): Great. Now my computer NEEDS a new OS.
ZT Shrukan (12:37:40 PM): urk...
Raddy (12:38:37 PM): Fails to boot. Keeps resetting, saying the exact same thing.
ZT Shrukan (12:39:15 PM): What's the error?
Raddy (12:40:03 PM): Fails to boot at a certain area, can't read it fast enough.
ZT Shrukan (12:40:05 PM): "[...] damaged or overheating parts inside your computer..."
Raddy (12:42:12 PM): Don't think so.
Raddy (12:43:15 PM): *Sighs* Bet Mother will be extatic.
ZT Shrukan (12:43:20 PM): have you tried tapping F8 on the screen when the windows logo comes up?
Raddy (12:44:30 PM): Can't. Beeps just as soon as I turn it on.
ZT Shrukan (12:44:39 PM): Eff....
ZT Shrukan (12:44:59 PM): yeah I think pretty much you're ****ed... Sadto say -_-
Raddy (12:45:44 PM): Something had happened last night for it to get the Blue Screen of Death.
ZT Shrukan (12:46:02 PM): mm

Does anyone know how to fix this? =\ Would be helpful to know...

This exact same thing happened to my computer twice. The first time was due to a crapload of viruses and the second time was due to defragmenting failure. The best option I can recommend is to boot your computer up through the OS installation disk (XP, W7, Vista) and follow the instructions. When you get to the options screen it will give you three choices. Press "R" and it will take you to system restore. In the command box type "WINDOWS" so it will look like C:\WINDOWS. Press enter and it will ask you for an admin password. If you don'y have one or you think you don't have one, press enter again. Next command, type "chkdsk /r". It will run a full scan of your HD which may take a while. Once it's complete, it will return to the loading screen and start normally.
