Ive been hearing that some people think that Ameterasu's SHADOWS is copyrighted from NARUTO, and Twilight. First off, WHAT THE HELL! SHADOWS is far better than them! I'll show you how they are DIFFERENT!

First off Naruto. People think that Ama copyrighted because it has the different villages. Ok Umm SHADOWS has the Four Great provinces that have two villages for each province. And their villages Have cool names not like Hidden leaf village. Plus the people in shadows dont wear headbands representing the village theyre from. unlike shadows where you can tell where theyre from by the look of them.

People think that Samari is copyrighted from Naruto, Is it because the shadow beast sealed inside of her. Just because Naruto has the Nine tailed fox doesnt mean that she is like him. She is SHY and TIMID while Naruto is LOUD OBNOXIOUS AND RETARDED. Shadows also doesn't have any jutsu's that the characters use. Shadows doesn't have characters with an arsennal of retarded jutsu's. They can only use the power that their village is stated to. Like for instance, Orochimaru has like a thousand jutsu's. Ansi, one of the main characters in shadows, can only use shadows that come from the ground and not their body. Speaking of which, people with think that Ansi is copyrighted from Itachi. That doesn't make much sence. People think Ansi is like Itachi because he killed his parents. Itachi killed his entire clan with the exeption of his brother. Just because Ansi spared his sister, he spared her without anyone knowing. Everyone knew that sasuke was the one that survived. Nobody knew that Ansi and samari, where related until Chapter 11. Plus Samari doesn't plan to kill her older brother. Some people think that Ansi is also copyrighted from Pain. because of the orange hair and the expressionless face. First off Ansi Has copper orange hair. He has no Freaky black piercings or however the hell its spelled. and Timoku is said to be copyrighted from Jiraya. First off Timoku is young, has an ice attack instead of a stupid frog oil attack. Also Timoku doesnt have a wrinkly limp ***** and has luck with women. Yes he is a pervert but he doesnt goaround with his hand down his pants all the time. whenever I heard that people were saying crap like this i got pissed shadows is my favorite story and is nothing like that piece of crap. Another thing people say that samari is copy righted from hinata. yes she looks like her bu i bet that most of the people
that make characters make them look like someone from a tv show or anime. Ama got the original samari from hinata as a base every character starts as a base from a TV character. also people think that timoku got his looks from sakura because the bangs what the hell everyone in naruto has his bangs .SO SHUT UP ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!

There are no gay little shiny vampires in this. Even if there were Ama wouldn't make them sparkle god dammit! They somehow think Ankay is copyrighted from Bella. Just because Ansi protects her with his life doesn't mean diddly ****. Ansi protects while still being a bad ass. Liek edward who doesn't wash his hair and stop being gay looking, ansi doesn't ****ing sparkle.Ansi has wicked looking scars and edwards looks like a transvestite. PLus Ansi's body is DEAD SEXY! ANd his his father is ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.....GGGGGG. And plus Ansi doesn't rape Ankay just for her blood.Plus the people in shadows aren't r-tards, and don't realize wtf is in front of them. Unlike shadows where the main villian gets in there face. The main villian doesn't wear a gay pony tail, and Nero is 7 feet tall. Has three different colors of red shades in his hair. And two different colors of blueshades in his eyes. Plu they don't go around go hey lemme bite you ... om nom nom nom nom. Even if the people were vampre they wouldn't be gay little veggiemunchers. I agree with you. There's somethings related to Naruto, but it's less gay than Naruto is. LOL JETSU (http://media.ebaumsworld.com/mediaFiles/picture/363035/80574138.jpg). I like Ama's characters than any other of the Naruto characters. I tried to get into Naruto, but it was boring as all hell. >_> Ama's story I can get into.

Also Twilight. Lol. That thing was copied from another story if I recall right. Lol. :3

See now there's a lot of stories that are copied from others works, and from I see, Shadows has a bit of copying but adapted to become original. Same with my story, Shrukan, which was based a bit of Eragon but branched off a bit and changed a bit and became original. There's parts that seem similar, but not too much. Even then Eragon has parts like Star Wars.

Also let me get onto the subject of inspiration:

But all of that stuff is close and no doubt draw inspiration. But there seems to be significant differences from what I am seeing from you guys so I doubt there will be any problems.

Another thing; I try my best not to plagurize, but something I wanna know is how Shadows is plagurized from that piece of useless litature Twilight. Naruto only gave me ideas for how the character's hair and face and body should be designed, but not how the Beast's and Village's were. I hate people who can't support what they say.

It was. True Blood is a TV Show on HBO, one of their highest rated. This TV show is based on the Southern Vampire Mysteries/Sookie Stackhouse novels. Which is what both the Twilight movies and books ripped from.
-They both have a relationship between a Vampiric centuries old man with a young human woman.
-In Twilight, Edward is relieved to be with Bella because Vampires SOMEHOW read minds, a trait that was never in any vampire lore, but Bella's he can't read. Whereas in True Blood, Sookie, the female lead, is a telepath, but since Vampire's are technically dead, she can't hear Bill's thoughts, so she likes being around him.
-There's the best friend that can shift (Jacob in Twilight shifts into a wolf, and Sam from True Blood, who is a shapeshifter and can shift into anything, but he prefers a dog.)
-Twilight has Edward's people pressuring him to let them all suck Bella. True Blood has the old-school, savage vampires trying to tempt Bill, a mainstream vampire trying to humanize, to suck on Sookie and be a savage.
-Later in the True Blood books, as well as Twilight, there's Vampires VS Werewolves as well.

And there's many other similarities. The fact is, the Southern Vampire Mysteries, the series True Blood is based on, was released in...2001 I believe? Whereas Twilight (the book series) was released in 2004.

But want to know the big difference between True Blood and Twilight? True Blood isn't a pussy. Yes, there's a romance between the two main characters, but unlike Twilight, where the whole story is one big love story, True Blood has a LOT of things going on around the characters and there's other characters to work with. There are usually multiple plotlines going at once, and usually have nothing to do with Bill and Sookie's relationship. The vampires...are vicious, like they should be. Get them angry, you're dead. Eric is a good example of a badass vampire. They also all look legal, instead of 15 year old emo boys, and don't sparkle.

2001-2004 is plenty of time to read True Blood, take loads of the same ideas of it, but erase the feel and turn it into a pussy love story. Which is exactly what Stephenie Meyer did.

I just wanted to mention some of this. To get back on topic...

Naruto...was never original. Do you remember DBZ? Naruto is like, the 500th incarnation of DBZ. About every Shonen anime is the same, just with different characters, terms, and locations. But take DBZ, replace all characters with Naruto characters, and let the action continue. Tell me if I'm wrong. The only difference with DBZ from the rest is that...it was one of the first of its kind, and timeless. But every shonen anime since has practically taken all its cues from it.

The whole demon inside Naruto is a spin on possession. TONS of media have possession or demons inside people. So I guess the Exorcist ripped off of Naruto too, right? DUMBASSES.

In order to copy Twilight, you'd have to base your whole story around a sappy love story, have emo, teenage angst characters, take vampires and COMPLETELY F*CK with their mythology (sparkles, mind reading, etc.), and turn it into a fangirl's paradise. I doubt this is what happened. >_>

ama took humans, gae them the ability 2 transform into beasts, but with hers they dont do it willingly. if they transform and dont go back within time limit, they become feracous something tall magical animals with the ability to use two elements...depending on wich 1 is more dominamt.

now, as for the stupid tokyo mew mew....how? how is this bloody, gore and somewhat sweet story anything like a couple of girls that are half animal? does ansi transform by saying mew mew ansi, does kamari or samari have some stupid attack that begins with ribbon? no. how in anyway possible is shadow even close to tokyo mew mew? its not. dont get me wrong, tmm is pretty kewl but no way in hell is it anything like shadows. besides, ama didn't find tokyo mew mew until AFTER the first two chapters of the 2nd one was posted. total plagruizim, eh?

ama's story from what ive read is far from copying anything, and she even admitted the only time she "copied" something was when she used Naruto character looks to help make her own characters. we all freakin do that, dnt lie. oh yeah, and over the week i myself saw an email from some1 on her email with her that they had compared shadows to the way stpehan king writes...

not all these happen within the same time limit, mind u. thier isolated, but they happen too often for my tastes. its not fair cuz ama has been wanting to be a writer for a long time, and people are ruining that 4 her by tearing down her enthusiam for it.

We all get our inspiration from somewhere; I HIGHLY doubt anything man has ever written (besides some very few acceptions) has been what would be considered truly "original". The reason we copy off of one another is because whatever it is we are mimicking... is something we find interesting. It motivates us.

Harry Potter was centered around magic. But Rowling didn't invent the concept of magic; she just "recreated" it as she viewed fit, same going for how she represented witches and wizards, all existing elements.

Even Twilight... As blasphemous as it may be, it remixed the likes of vampires and werewolves, two pre-existing elements.

And, as Yusei noted, her character of Shrukan is a spin off of Eragon, an existing material.
But the thing all these have in common is, they are all "remixed" to the point of non-recognition, to where they are barely noticeable nods to their bases (well, Shrukan moreso is, as he's an entirely "new" and developed character... just his roots lie within Eragon).

This speaks true even for myself. One of my characters, Akira Tanaka, originated as a result of my high liking of the freaky anime movie AKIRA, and his last name... well... I forget where I got that from. But even that, I got from another source I liked so very much. I mixed Akira's personality with my own, as well as that from other sources (Sousuke Sagara from Full Metal Panic! being a prime character base).
But who would guess that that was how he was formed?

..........I believe I've gotten my point across, and I've gone on long enough.
In the case of Amaterasu's story, her elements are reminiscent to those of existing elements. And given those specific elements are... being rather heavily worshiped today... it's only natural for people to see them in her work, despite the fact she had no intentions of mimicking the style of said work(s) at all.

All in all, it's a matter of perspective... I suppose. In this case, a very flawed logic, but perspective nonetheless.
