- called Zangeki no REGINLEIV
- Nintendo, Sandlot company (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandlot_(video_game_developer))
- previously known as " Dynamic Zan"
- Release Date: Feb 11, 2010
- Nintendo's first Cero D (Mature) title
- Free online co-op play (max 4p)

- MotionPlus support
- Classic controller support
- Surprisingly violent
- Can target heads/limps, then cut them off (blood effects and all)
- Young deities are up against a race of giants
- Once again, the online co-op is free and supports 4 players
- Weapons customization
- More than 300 weapons

I have to say.....wow.

I have never seen Nintendo actually make an M-rated game themselves before. I mean, sure, we've had M-rated games on their consoles (who hasn't?), but Nintendo themselves has never made a game with an M sticker on it. I may keep my eyes on this one.

Thoughts?

Oh BTW, screenshooooot

Looks rather interesting. Though I am not one to speculate that a game is good just because of the rating. Though I am suprised that Nintendo is actually making an M rated game.

This is not being made by Nintendo, it's being made by videogame developer Sandlot (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandlot_(video_game_developer)). Also, it's not the first Nintendo published M game. From the top of my head Eternal Darkness was rated M as well.

It looks interesting though. I wonder if this'll get an US/EUR release?

A desperate move, I'd never would have thought Nintendo would make an M game other than Metroid (joke) I wonder if it is being made to keep up the life of the Wii, to appeal to those who want a more adult game.

I did know it isn't the first game Nintendo published that was M, but I didn't know Sandlot wasn't part of Nintendo. However, I was just quoting what the article said. Figures my mind wanders about, hm? XP
Thanks for clarifying. :)

...Ooh. That actually looks rather promising.

But so not to become disappointed, I'll say it'll probably flop. That way, it's better than my expectations. :]

Haha, no worries, I can see where the confusion came from. Apparently it's being made by the same guys who made Airboarder 64 for the Nintendo 64. Whether that's a good or a bad thing is up to you to decide. :P

*actually kinda liked Airboarder 64*

I still have Airboarder 64. Badass soundtracks and cool characters with ridiculous haircuts.

Though yeah, it was a pretty bad game from an objective perspective. Just compare them to the Tony Hawk Pro Skater games from that time.
